Waterford Estate - Single Vineyard Chardonnay

Established in 1988, the vineyard boasts one of the oldest Chardonnay blocks in the region. Starting from the 2023 vintage, we will be certified as part of the Old Vine Project, dedicated to conserving vineyards aged 35 years and older. The grapes from this singular vineyard are distinctive, showcasing unique aromatics, acidity, and a saline finish. A judicious use of French oak complements and elevates the wine, contributing to its aging potential.
